Reconstitution

Bone
Tissue components that will undergo extensive prep work will need to be
reconstituted. Time for reconstitution will depend on the density of the bone.

Soft tissue
Soft tissue not attached to cortical bone such as tibialis tendons, cartilage,
fascia and dura should be reconstituted in a saline solution at room
temperature with an anitbiotic of the doctor's choice until they become soft
and pliable.
