A staff member is always on call after office hours to respond to any emergency orders or issues that may arise. 

The ATS staff is also available to answer questions, screen potential donors, and address any concerns our customers may have.

Alamo Tissue Service utilizes the most reliable services available to guarantee delivery by requested time.

Courier services are used for STAT deliveries.

Our packaging meets or exceeds FDA, AATB, and U.S. Department of 
Transportation requirements. Shipping validations and temperature monitoring devices are available upon request.
