Proper allograft tissue storage

Fresh frozen allograft tissue should be stored at minus-40 degrees Celsius or colder and may be kept at minus-20 degrees Celsius or colder for temporary storage lasting up to six months.

Freeze-dried (lyophilized) tissue components should be stored between 4 degrees and 40 degrees Celsius.
